Crisis Response

IOM has been supporting Yemen for nearly 30 years, first helping stranded migrants return home from Yemen, then expanding to other areas of humanitarian aid and resilience building. 

In 2022, IOM helped over 3.6 million people meet their basic needs through health care, water, sanitation and hygiene support, displacement camp management, shelter provision and protection support for vulnerable groups, including displaced people and migrants.
